SMASH is SICK! Festivals's Mental Health Arts Programme; a creative social prescribing project offering a range of creative, innovative experiences designed to provide new creative tools for exploring and expressing mental health experiences.
 

Mark facilitated group conversations exploring the challenges they've faced as an artist and their approaches to managing their own mental health and wellbeing. This provided a starting point for participants to share their own experiences.

Mark went on to lead their own creative workshop with participants, titled 'See Yourself' which aimed to offer time for inward reflection in a calm, safe and creatively fun way.
