Old Man Coniston is a fell in the Furness Fells of the Lake District in Cumbria, England. It stands 802.42m high and has seen extensive copper and slate mining activity for eight hundred years. The remains of abandoned mines are a significant feature of these north-east slopes.
 
This north-east view shows Levers Water (the second body of water illustrated) and the Weatherlam mountain peak looming above.
 
This artwork is printed on environment-friendly 100% pure ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) cellulose, made in Italy and is 300gsm. You can look after your print by keeping it out of direct sunlight.
