AUDIENCE PERCEPTIONS CONSULTATION
Mark designed, led and co-ordinated a series of consultation workshops with members of the public on the behalf of Ambassadors Theatre Group (ATG) Palace & Opera House. The aim of this consultation was to establish how a cross-section of the public perceived ATG as a whole and the two Manchester City theatres, both independently and in relation to one another.gain We also wanted to gain a greater understanding of how these iconic institutions interact with Greater Manchester, and its wider community.
The consultation took place over three months of workshops with different demographics and people with different relationships with the theatres; from people who had never heard of the theatres to people belonging to the ATG Membership scheme.
Through a series of specially designed games, activities and curated discussions Mark was able to present detailed and dynamic findings to ATG executives allowing them to prioritise key objectives moving forward.
