It's Christmas and Wendy has enough to worry about, stressing over Nigella's pigs in blankets, when her astranged brother turns up uninvited. Bill is struggling to forgive himself. Laura is havning problems dumping the oblivious and nearly always drunk James. James has a ring burning a hole in his pocket and Bill just wants to watch vintage James Bond and get the Christmas tree lights to work! It's a typical dysfuntional family christmas with breakups, terminal illness and betrayal.
